Colt Python 357 4"

Colt Python 357 Magnum revolver with 4" vent rib barrel in beautiful near-mint condition. Black finish around the firing pin hole is just beginning to wear to bright and muzzle blue is near perfect, suggesting very little use. I installed the rubber Hogue grips to preserve the (included) original near perfect checkered wood grips, and for better comfort at the range. Test Fired 50 rounds wadcutters with no malfunctions, superb accuracy and typical silky-smooth Python action. Serial 247XX suggests an early pistol. Has a trigger-shoe installed and very slight line around the cylinder, otherwise I see no flaws or evidence of indiscretions on this pistol. No box or papers, and not "absolutely unfired" but a super, honest pistol that can be enjoyed at the range, not a perfect "trailer queen" that resides only in the safe, its owner not daring to shoot it at all. This beautiful example offered at $1850.
