Stevens 410 OU Mod 240

This little Stevens over and under 410 is a neat gun! We included it on our site after research revealed this is perhaps the rarest Stevens gun that was made! Weighing 6 pounds 10 ounces, with gorgeous gloss-blue 25-7/8" barrels choked .020/.020, nearly perfect case colors on reciever and new wood stock and forearm, I doubt anyone would look cross-eyed at the shooter carrying this vintage, handsome gun in the field. Additionally, this example sports the combination of dual triggers and dual hammers. Stock dimensions approx 14-1/4" to serrated plastic buttplate, approx 2-1/2" drop at heel. Barrels marked on left of breach end "STEVENS J. STEVENS ARMS CO. CHICOPEE FALLS, MASS. U.S.A. MODEL 240" and right side "PROOF TESTED .410 BORE 3 INCH CHAMBER" Bores appear perfect and barrels lock-up tight on face.
