Made in 1960, this gun has 30" barrel with 3" chamber and full choke.
The bore is clean and shiny and measures 0.733" with 0.037 choke
restriction. Metal finish rates an easy 99%, with just a rub mark on the
bottom of the barrel from the fore end wood. There is no high edge or
other wear visible. Action interior and bolt face are crisp and nice,
with a bit of powder residue visible. Wood is solid, dark and beautiful,
with a blank silver initial shield professionally inletted between the
grip and toe. Stock has 13-5/8" pull over a red Winchester pad.
Mechanical function feels great, and this gun is ready for service in
the field. There are lots of used Model 12's out there, but if you want
one of the prettier ones with a solid rib, this is a great gun to
pursue! Ser# 19096XX
